Programme Design & Advisory
We shape humanitarian and social protection programmes from the ground up — theory of change, targeting, delivery models and costed implementation plans that funders and governments can act on.
ImpactBridge Africa works where social systems and the built environment meet — designing evidence-based programmes for humanitarian and social protection partners, and developing modern homes that give families comfort, security and room to grow.
Whether we are advising a donor on social protection delivery or handing over keys to a family, the method is the same: listen closely, evidence the decision, and build something that lasts.
We shape humanitarian and social protection programmes from the ground up — theory of change, targeting, delivery models and costed implementation plans that funders and governments can act on.
Independent baselines, evaluations and learning reviews that tell you what actually changed. We turn field data into decisions, and decisions into better programmes next cycle.
Well-designed family homes and property solutions — from land acquisition and design coordination to construction and handover, delivered with clear timelines and honest budgets.
ImpactBridge Africa was founded on a simple observation: the organisations that strengthen communities and the people who build the places they live in rarely work from the same table. We sit at both.
Our consulting practice supports NGOs, donors and government agencies with evidence-based analysis, programme design and strategic advisory in humanitarian systems and social protection. Our real estate practice develops modern, well-designed homes that give families comfort, security and room to grow.
The two workstreams share a discipline — understand the context properly, plan honestly, and deliver what was promised. That is what makes the bridge hold.
Evidence to impact. Land to legacy.
To strengthen the systems that protect people and to build the places they live in — holding both to the same standard of evidence, honesty and delivery.
We work with NGOs, donors, government agencies and families, and we measure our success the same way they do: did the programme reach the people it was designed for, and did the house get finished on time?
Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether the deliverable is a targeting framework or a set of house keys.
A small, senior team of programme specialists, monitoring and evaluation practitioners, and property development professionals. We keep the team lean so the people who scope your work are the people who deliver it.
Our consultants have designed and evaluated social protection and humanitarian programmes across East Africa, and our development team has taken homes from land acquisition through to handover.
Headquartered in Nairobi, with programme work across Kenya and the wider East African region, and residential developments in Kiambu, Nairobi and the surrounding counties.
Field teams travel to project sites for baselines, monitoring visits and community consultations, and our development team is on site through every phase of construction.
Most engagements begin with a scoping conversation, followed by a written proposal covering method, timeline and cost. For consulting work we can contract as a standalone study or as ongoing advisory support across a programme cycle.
Tell us what you are trying to change — or what you are trying to build.
Three ways we work with partners, funders and government agencies — each one scoped, costed and delivered by the same senior team.

Independent baselines, evaluations and learning reviews that tell you what actually changed. We turn field data into decisions, and decisions into better programmes next cycle.
We strengthen the teams that deliver — training, tools and mentoring for partner staff, government officers and community organisations so the capability stays long after the engagement ends.

ImpactBridge delivered our baseline two weeks ahead of schedule and the findings changed how we targeted the next phase. The team was candid about what the data could not tell us, which is exactly what we needed.
They took our social protection delivery model apart, put it back together with a costed plan, and stayed with us through implementation. Rare to find advisers who are as comfortable in the field as they are in a budget model.
We bought our home through ImpactBridge and the process was honest from the first site visit to handover. Timelines held, the budget did not move, and every question was answered plainly.
Most engagements begin with a scoping conversation. Tell us about the programme, the study or the development you have in mind and we will come back with a clear method, timeline and cost.
